Re: Time for Norlog to die?

Nicely put Jono, and sensible ideas. Thanks Jono. Well balanced, as usual :) Neil It’s a shame you can’t like posts as John’s post gets a like from me 👍🏻 and this sums up facebook - a quick like and on your way, no need to comment or say anything. It doesn't actually encourage communication, or disc...

Re: Time for Norlog to die?

However plenty of folks like, use and enjoy FB for a multitude of things so can understand them using it. This is the place that brought most of us together, and it would be a shame ...

Re: Searching for my first Elise- 1.6 a good bet?

Hi and welcome to the forum. The running costs between the 1.6 and 1.8, will be similar really. I know an owner who has swopped this year to a 220 and he says the difference is night and day. It may be worth you test driving both for comparison - but if you can stretch to the 1.8 the smiles will be ...

Welcome back :D

You can also try AIB, but Mary at REIS as mentioned - Flux also cover track days IIRC but not sure if Chris Knotts do - both competitive on price also.

Henderson's have been moving upwards in price last time I tried them, but still worth a shout.

A shame :( Bet the speed limit will be dropped too :chair:

Just watched the vid of the BMW in the link too - nothing dangerous done, and it handled the speed ok.
Obviously he wasn't trying only averaging 74mph :P

Great driving roads are being spoilt all the time.

Will be interested to see the pics :) - I keep thinking about having my engine cover painted the instead of black  but think I'd leave the front access panel, but its smaller on the Elise.
