I feel sorry for the kids today that will never know the "joy" of being left in the car with a can of pop and prawn cocktail crisps!!!

Re: Today I waved her off!

So after 15 years and 3 different Lotus's I have today said goodbye to the Exige, felt quite sad seeing it drive off but just feel it is time for a change. Main reason I think is that the appetite for spirited road driving has disappeared a lot from Norlog and with busy lives it is difficult to get...

Re: Karting at Team Karting Preston 20th January

Probably showing my age but who is she? As for the car, 5000 bhp where the hell will you be able to put that to good use? also I hope the production cars shut lines are somewhere near aligned as that looked like it was put together in a very dark room with no lights on, not worth the money but no do...

HI Mark, Good luck with the M100 search. Had an M100 myself for a while and they are a really nice motor, make sure you get yourself onto Lotuselancentral forum, that is purely for the M100 model and the guys on there have a vast amount of knowledge about these cars

Did a few tidy up jobs on the engine bay for the little Elan, new throttle cable and tidied the bonnet release cables up. next job sort out the choke so it works on both carbs, new stainless steel mechanism made just needs fitting and a new cable installed.
