Due to the current situation, Norlog North and South meetings will be cancelled for April and May. We’ll Re-assess in May (or as government advice changes).
If anyone wants to organise runs, this is effectively self-isolating, so would still be allowed, providing no stops for a large gathering.

However, as you say nothing to stop going for a run out and maybe stand and shout at each other if we stop somewhere
