Thought I’d share a suspension refresh I did at the end of last year, this was long long overdue
All metalwork sandblasted, Kephos base coated and Xylan top coated in black through Sandwell UK.
Nitron rose joints (best upgrade I did the car feels much better)
Quick rack
Adjustable anti roll bar
New bearings all round
Suspension refreshed by Meteor motorsport
Plus lots and lots of elbow grease!

Lovely piece of work, also liking the ramps, where does one get hold of a set of these?

I got mine off these guys And I went for the Dunlop as it’s fully electric and doesn’t need an air supply like most others.
https://www.gemco.co.uk/product/dunlop- ... ssor-lift/
Yes they’re not cheap, about £3.5k with free fitting and warranty but at least it won’t break down and you feel safe stood under it, not sure I’d be as reassured with some of the eBay specials I looked at.
Plus it’s Actually paid for itself by now with the money I’ve saved

Cheers, will be looking into these, as you say you need to be able to trust something when working underneath the car

Haha no quite although they do look lovely and can’t say I haven’t thought about it.
I have added a modern comfort though to help me with those long euro trip autobahns and another quirky thing that serves no purpose apart from I thought it’d be cool and well, basically because I could

Nice work Jamie , did a similar suspension refresh on the Elise , well worth the effort and I'm guessing the dash is out to make sure there's no annoying rattles in there once the new taught suspension is on

Smoke me a kipper.... Ill be back for breakfast

Certainly no rattles anymore
The dash is now black alcantara with red stitching across the whole dash including the sills and door cards
Also I’ve installed cruise control for those long euro trips and a gimmick of a keyless entry using hidden switches and a new sequence to start the car
I’ll try to get some pictures tomorrow and if anyone wants any information regarding cruise control or keyless entry give me a shout, I will stress though only long term members will get the keyless entry info or I at least have to know you for security reasons

Sounds good Jamie,
I'm sure no one would take advantage of your keyless entry
