2021 TD booked

So first TD for 2021 is booked , Blyton on the 17 th April with Javelin.. will be the first with the Evora so looking forward to what it's like compared to the old Elise.

Just need to get Christmas out the way and on with the jobs list.

No it's the same where Neil is., Must be all the wood glue and varnish going to his head.

Not ben on here for years although am a regular at the monthly LDC/Norlog meets. I will be at this Javelin TD on 17th April subject to it being allowed under these Covid rules. Wont be in my lotus but trying out Type R which I bought just before Christmas!! Others in the LDC tried to book on but was full. Hope to see you there..

There is another friend of mine booked on for the day, he should be in his special build VW Beetle built around a Boxster sub frame with a Subaru engine. Should be a good mix of cars

Booked another one ... Bit bigger this time , first big track . I've booked on the Lotus In Track one at Donnington on the 4th August !!

Cheers. When I said mid-May, I meant 19th March. Well , they both begin with "M"!
Operation now done. Just out of the sling two weeks later. Will be two months before I can put any weight through it though Need to go back and see the consultant to see how successful he thinks he was ! Might be back driving in May, most probably June. Car now SORN'd.

Well that was a fun day , Evora very different to the old Elise managed to cook the brakes on the first few runs. Was good to see NORLOGER s out even though they weren't in a Lotus , Steve's Type R looks and goes well , and Dave and Ange in blue thunder had fun. There was a serious mix of motors , hot hatch central , 2 Yaris GRs, 2 wings and slicks radicals, a bloody quick Cayenne an all season Michelin's and Dave mate in an Orange VW beetle 70s style.... Which was a bit quick....

Great day out, scraped ice off the car in the morning and went home with sunburn
